Join EPA’s CRWU initiative for a free in-person workshop on expanding climate resilience for drinking water and wastewater utilities in Washington and Oregon. Learn about regional climate projections and the tools to gather climate projection data. Hear from the City of Langley, WA and King County Water District, WA about their climate vulnerabilities and resilience solutions, highlighting the US EPA’s Climate Resilience Evaluation and Awareness Tool (CREAT). Learn about State and Federal funding opportunities for planning and implementing climate resilience projects. Continuing education units will be available for Washington drinking water and wastewater utility operators.
