US EPA Net-DMR (PDF) (19 pp, 179 K), Supporting Documentation (PDF) (1 pp, 22 K)
The NetDMR electronic reporting system for the receipt of discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program (40 CFR 122.41 & 403.12). The system is consistent with the standards in CROMERR §3.2000, including the §3.2000(b)(5) standards for electronic signatures and identify-proofing for "priority reports".

US EPA Central Data Exchange (CDX) (PDF) (40 pp, 589 K)
The Central Data Exchange is the Agency's portal for submitting environmental data to USEPA. The system is consistent with the standards in CROMERR §3.2000, including the §3.2000(b)(5) standards for electronic signatures and identify-proofing for "priority reports".

US EPA Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS)/Lab To State (PDF) (1 pp, 216 K)
The SDWIS/Lab To State application for the electronic receipt of water data submitted under the Safe Drinking Water program at 40 CFR 141. The application is, with certain caveats, consistent with the applicable standards in CROMERR §3.2000(b)(1)-(4) for receipt of reports without signatures. SDWIS/Lab To State offers CROMERR-conforming solutions for some, but not all, electronic reporting functions addressed by CROMERR. The application does not provide functionality related to electronic signatures, may not provide transmission error checking functionality unless SSL sessions are used, and does not provide long-term maintenance of the copies of record of electronic reports. For details please see the SDWIS/Lab To State checklist.

Oklahoma CROMERR Solution

OKDEQ submitted a consolidated CROMERR compliance application covering program modifications and revisions for multiple authorized programs under 40 CFR for air, waste and water programs, including existing electronic document receiving systems that accept reports with electronic signatures and “priority reports”. Oklahoma's success story and the Federal Register publication from October 7, 2008 are linked below. The approval notice from EPA is also linked below.
