- Strategic Planning - the agency is integrating environmental justice into the Agency's planning and budgeting process.
- Action Plans and Accomplishment Reports - Each program office and region annually submit plans to implement the Administrator's directive to integrate environmental justice into all EPA policies, programs, and activities. Each program office and region also prepare accomplishment/progress reports. These reports indicate the level of success that was reached in attaining the goals set out in the action plans.
