After publication of the final rule Standards for Reformulated and Conventional Gasoline, EPA received numerous questions concerning the manner in which EPA would implement the RFG and antidumping regulations.
EPA prepared "Questions and Answers" documents as the questions were received. EPA prepared a consolidated document organized by topic. This document is available below in its entirety, and in six sections plus an index for shorter downloads.
