Frank Price
Mr. Price is the Facility Manager for GWERD. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and joined the EPA with 20 years’ experience in engineering design, environmental compliance, and facility maintenance. With the Department of Defense, he served as the Environmental Compliance Chief at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana, Construction Chief at Howard Air Force Base in Panama, and the Operations and Maintenance Division Civil Engineer at the Air Education and Training Command Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas.
