Number one: I really wish you would have come in the area that has the most pollution and that is on the east side of San Antonio. We're over here in the intellectual part. We live over there in the area where we have to breathe. I know EPA and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) work together. I am uncertain who is here representing TCEQ. What you (the EPA) is doing may mean compliance but it does not meet our every day needs. We need to go back to the old landmark and keep our air clean. It is almost as if EPA is playing genocide. We are polluting the air now that our young people in elementary schools are having asthma and perhaps they will never live to be senior citizens. I don't know if that is the intent or not but this is the way it comes off. I am really saying that the EPA should not practice genocide.
