| Description |
This loan is administered through a $1 million revolving loan fund to enable farmers to adopt more sustainable farming practices. Loans are for capital purchases which enhance the environmental and economic viability of the farm. Individual farm families can receive up to $40,000 with joint farm projects receiving up to $160,000. The interest rate is 3 percent, and the loan is for up to seven years. |

| How to Apply | Applications are accepted year round and are competitively reviewed by a loan review panel three to four times per year. |
