All of Section 22a–174–18 is approved, with the exception of the phrase "or malfunction" in Section 22a–174–18(j)(1) and all of Section 22a–174–18(j)(2), which CT DEEP withdrew from the SIP submittal. Because Connecticut withdrew Section 22a–174–18(j)(2) from its SIP submission, stationary sources subject to a Federal NSPS will remain subject to the opacity limits contained in "Control of Particulate Emissions" under the SIP (See 37 FR 10842).
