Class Registration

Registering for APTI courses is a two-step enrollment process.

1. Register to become a student with APTI. To register as a student, you must complete the Application for Training form. If you have already completed the Application for Training form and only need to make a change in your personal information (name, address/phone number, or PIN), please use the Information Change Request form.

2. Register for the self-instructional course of your choice. To register for a course, you must complete the Class Registration form.

   The Class Locator Number is unique and identifies a specific APTI class. Click here to see a list of CLNs. CLNs must only be provided for Self-Instructional courses and level 300 & 400 satellite broadcasts.

If signature is required, the user should print the form and fax it to (919) 541-3513 or (919) 541-5598. Although a signature is not required by APTI to register for a course, some organizations use this form to approve an employee's attendance to a course.
