- New ECMPS Reporting Requirements for PGVP and AETB Requirements - This document provides information DAHS Vendors will need to prepare for new reporting requirements related to amendments to Part 75 adding requirements for a Protocol Gas Verification Program (PGVP) and Air Emissions Testing Bodies (AETB) certifications. EPA is scheduling for the ECMPS Client Tool to be compatible with these changes in the 1Q2011 release to come in mid-March 2011. Sources will be required to include the information described in this document once the new provisions become effective (six months after the proposed rule requirements are finalized for the PGVP and 12- months after for the AETB requirements). EPA is releasing this document ahead of finalization to give DAHS Vendors more time to plan for the proposed changes. (Released March 7, 2012) (PDF, 14 pp., 198 K)
