Documentation Summary for EPA Base Case 2004 Using IPM (V.2.1.9) (2004 Update)

To learn more about EPA Base Case 2004 and the updates, changes, and enhancements that were implemented, you can view and download the 2004 documentation report by chapter below. This standalone version of the documentation replaces an earlier version which contained tables of only those assumptions that were updated. With this version of the documentation the reader can refer to a single source for a discussion of all modeling assumptions and will no longer have to refer to earlier documentation for a discussion of assumptions that had not changed.

Notes: (1) With the exception of Chapters 3 and 8, the appendices for each chapter are in the same file as the chapter itself. (2) To view and download the earlier version of the documentation for EPA Base Case 2004, see Documentation Summary for EPA Base Case 2004 (V.2.1.9) Using the Integrated Planning Model – October 2004 (PDF) (155 pp., 1.9 MB).
