Course Description
This course will provide students with an intermediate-level knowledge of permitting so that they will be able to work in permit review or in the preparation of permit applications with some supervision. Case studies will provide practical experience. Permitting requirements will be discussed in detail.

Desired Background
Students should have a college-level degree in engineering or the sciences and have successfully completed Course 460 Introduction to Permits. Alternatively, students should have at least six months experience in air pollution control and exhibit a knowledge of permitting activities.
