In Their Words
Regardless of the stage of your program, whether you are just starting up or you are middle-aged or you are more mature, I encourage you to come because you will learn more from other partners in the room.
--Karen Meyerson, Asthma Network of West Michigan
I am a big fan of the Forum. What I really like is how the entire emphasis is on how to take what you have learned and apply it into your community. I also like that this is a diverse representation of people from different professions. You have clinicians and outreach people, social service, school staff, and because of that you get to see all sides of the elephant and you really get to see the complexity and the challenges but learn how other people are approaching it. And of course, like any conference, it is absolutely great to have those sidebar conversations and network and make connections with people.
--Gillian Mittelstaedt, Air Quality Program for Tulalip Tribes
