EPA's Second Annual CHP Partners' Meeting was held May 12-13, 2004, in Washington, DC. At the meeting, current and prospective CHP Partners learned about: the broad range of services available to Partners; EPA's efforts to target strategic niche markets for CHP development; CHP and air emissions, including EPA's activities to encourage well designed output-based regulations; CHP project financing opportunities; and case studies of Partners' successful CHP projects in a variety of sectors and applications. The EPA's CHP Partners' Meeting was held in conjunction with the U.S. Combined Heat and Power Association Policy Day and the World Alliance for Distributed Energy International CHP Meeting.
