Size of Award Pathway Lending's Energy Efficiency Loan Program provides Tennessee business and non-profit entities with below-market loans for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements. The shared savings option allows organizations to pay off the loan over a 10-year period with 50 percent of the money due to RE/EE projects, while retaining the remaining 50 percent. Loans range from $20,000 to $5 million.

Pathway Lending's Energy Efficiency Loan Program interest rates have been reduced from 5 percent to 3 percent. This reduction remains in effect until December 31, 2011.

Additional Information The second round of funding started on January 4, 2011 and will remain open until all loan funds are committed to qualified applicants on a first come, first serve basis.
