| Critical Information | The New Hampshire Business Resource Center and Ocean National have joined together to create the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Business Loan Program. The program offers small businesses reduced interest loans to conduct renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Projects that will cost at least $10,000 are targeted. The interest rate is Prime minus 1 percent floating. Term and amoritization are based on energy efficiency payback (minimum of 7 years). In addition, loan participants are also eligible for a rebate for up to 20 percent of total project costs subject to energy efficiency review. Energy cost savings are expected to help repay loans. |
