American DG Energy Inc. is an onsite utility offering electricity, heat, hot water, and cooling. We sell the energy produced by on-site energy equipment as a risk-free alternative to outright purchase of the equipment. We install, finance, own, operate and maintain complete cogeneration and cooling systems tailored to customers' specific site requirements. The services are available wherever energy rates are high. There are no capital costs or operating expenses. Customers pay only for the energy that they need and use, enabling them to realize immediate financial and operational improvements as soon as American DG Energy begins producing energy on site. A customer's energy costs are based on a guaranteed discount below the customer's prevailing local utility rates. By outsourcing the ownership, management, and financing of cogeneration to American DG Energy, customers can enjoy the significant economic benefits of CHP and chilled water systems without requiring: capital investment, specialized in-house technical skills and manpower, operational responsibility or ownership.
