EMCo System Solutions, Inc. (Energy Management and Cogeneration Systems Solutions, Inc.) is an authorized dealer for the ElectraTherm Green Machine that utilizes Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology. EMCo System Solutions, Inc. has developed a packaged combined heat and power (CHP) skid solution combining a stationary engine genset with the ORC technology. Their EMCo-Gen operates at up to 84 percent efficiency and allows for maximum heat recovery from jacket water and exhaust gas heat. They also utilize the ORC in boiler plant optimization projects to limit waste heat while producing power and displacing fuel consumption.
