Florida Syngas LLC designs and builds distributed energy generators that create electricity from glycerol, a waste product of the biodiesel refining industry. Using a patented GlidArc™ technology and a Trade Secret Recipe, the Florida Syngas generator extracts hydrogen-rich synthesis gas, or Syngas, from the waste glycerol, fueling a turbine-driven alternator and powering grid-intertied or local loads. The process is exothermic the company will use the heat to assist in evaporation cleaning of the glycerol and other applications as well.
