Harvey-Cleary Builders is a commercial builder specializing in all types of commercial construction and combined heat and power (CHP) plants with offices in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Maryland. Harvey-Cleary Builders recently completed constructing the University of Texas at Austin CHP plant consisting of a General Electric (GE) 60hz LM2500+ G4 (34MW) gas turbine, 200,000#/hr heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), UREA based SCR catalyst, burner management system, deaerator system, fuel gas conditioning system, and continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS). Harvey-Cleary Builders has also completed a 25 MW steam turbine project, a 15,000 ton chilling station project, a cooling tower project, and a substation project with the University of Texas over the past 8 years. Presently, Harvey-Cleary Builders is completing construction of the Texas A&M University's CHP plant consisting of a GE LM2500+ G4 (34 MW) gas turbine, HRSG, Dresser-Rand 11 MW back-pressure steam turbine and generator, burner management system, deaerator, fuel gas conditioning system, aqueous ammonia system, CEMS system, and dump condenser.
