The NexGen Power LLC (NexGen) is engaged in the acquisition and financing of energy assets. NexGen acquires, owns, and invests in these assets. This includes total and partial project interests and corporate energy investmests. The individual energy assets NexGen acquires or finances include: • Gas-fired and coal-fired power generating facilities • Alternative energy (e.g., wind biomass/biogas, and hydroelectric) power generating facilities • Demand-side management investments • And Co-Generation/Combined Heat & Power/Distributed Generation projects. NexGen Power makes investments and asset acquisitions in existing and new energy equipment projects. The individual power generation investments typically have a capacity between 5 and 300 megawatts.
