| Incentive Size and Funding Source | The New Hampshire Pay for Performance (P4P) program works with large energy consumers to improve energy efficiency in their facilities. This program is funded through proceeds from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). P4P incentives are awarded upon the satisfactory completion of two or three program milestones, depending on the facility and improvement plans. Applicants can choose between two options: Pay for Performance program or the Alternate Path model (for projects that cannot reach a 15% reduction and/or are not good candidates for building modeling). The Pay for Performance option provides incentives that are awarded upon the satisfactory completion of three program milestones:

| Eligible Recipient | Commercial, industrial and municipal facilities with an electrical demand of at least 100 kilowatts (during any of the previous 12 months) and/or that consume at least 1,000 MMBTU annually for space or process heating. Also available to schools, universities, hospitals and other institutional facilities. |
