| Incentive Size and Funding Source | The Oklahoma Department of Commerce offers a revolving loan fund for local governments. Funding for the program comes from oil overcharge restitution funds. The loans have a 3% interest rate. Generally, the loans will not be more than $150,000, and the average loan amount is around $60,000. The program has a budget of $1 million. |

All eligible projects should project a positive return on investment and be paid back within 6 years of the loan award. An eligible local government may have only one active loan open at any time. |
