| Incentive Size and Funding Source | Philadelphia Gas Works offers two different incentives to residential and commercial construction projects that install measures to reduce gas consumption. Eligible residential developers and builders can receive a flat rebate of $750 per unit. Based upon the level of gas savings beyond code, commercial builders and developers can receive an incentive of:

| Eligible Recipient | All homeowners with homes built in Philadelphia with gas heating and efficiency measures purchased after September 1, 2012, can apply for a rebate. Commercial and industrial businesses, including multi-family buildings, becoming firm PGW customers and built in Philadelphia with single-fuel heating are eligible. |

| Other Incentive Details | New construction participants are defined as a new building, or space within a new building, where a licensed professional architect or engineer is preparing and certifying building plans. Projects that are also considered a major renovation will be considered under this application. Major renovation projects are those where at least two building systems are being replaced or redesigned. |
