Climate Leaders Webinar: June 2, 2010
Setting an Absolute Goal While Anticipating Potential Company Growth
In March 2010, Climate Leaders announced a new program requirement that all Partners and Small Business Network Members set absolute GHG reduction goals. This comes at a time when the program is shifting to find ways to decouple economic growth from growth in GHG emissions. On this webinar, a representative from Xerox — which achieved its initial GHG reduction goal in 2006 and set a second absolute goal — discussed how the company decided to set an absolute reduction target and how the team secured internal buy-in to do so.
