Diesel Consent Decree Public Meetings
In supporting entry by the court of the decrees, the United States committed to meet with states, industry groups, environmental groups, and concerned citizens to discuss consent decree implementation issues. A series of public meetings were held quarterly during the first year of implementation of the consent decrees and at least annually thereafter.
The next public meeting will be held on October 4, 2007 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time by teleconference. Interested parties should contact the Environmental Protection Agency at the address listed below prior to the meeting to reserve a telephone line and receive instructions for the call. Future meetings will be announced here and in the Federal Register.
