Waste and Chemical: Chemical Enforcement Map

The map below provides information on chemical enforcement case information by location. Chemical cases include actions under the authority of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).

How to Use the Map

Add or subtract EPA enforcement actions to and from the map by checking or un-checking the box next to the program law of interest (FIFRA, TSCA, etc). Then zoom the map to an exact location by entering a state, city, or zip code in the search box or by utilizing the zoom bar in the upper left corner of the map.
