• Children’s health
• Idle reduction strategies or technologies
• Diesel emission reductions from agricultural operations
• Innovative approaches to retrofit and/or replace non-road construction equipment in urban areas

Geographic territory encompasses:

EPA Region 8: Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming and 27 Tribal Nations
