NEJAC Meetings
The Charter of the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council (NEJAC) states that the advisory committee shall provide independent advice to the Administrator on areas that may include, among other things, “advice about EPA’s progress, quality and adequacy in planning, developing and implementing environmental justice strategies, projects and programs” relating to environment justice.

- Time: The meeting will convene promptly at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 24, 2012, and adjourn at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2012. All times are Eastern Time.
- Public Comment: A public comment period will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. ET on July 24.

- Advance Registration Deadline: July 6, 2012, at noon Eastern Time. Advance registration is encouraged because meeting materials will be prepared based on the number of participants who have pre-registered by the deadline.
On-site registration will begin July 24, 2012 at 7:30 a.m. and will continue throughout the meeting. However, meeting materials will be distributed first to those who registered in advance. Any remaining materials will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
