9:30-11:30am	Plenary Session - CANCELLED EPA regrets to inform participants that we have to cancel the planned session covering Subpart W of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule. EPA still intends to finalize and release the rule for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems shortly, and have it be effective no later than December 31, 2010. We plan to offer training and materials on this rule. In lieu of the session scheduled at the Natural Gas STAR conference, we will have at least one webinar and will send out more information soon.
12:00 noon-5:00 PM	Global Methane Initiative Oil & Gas Subcommittee Luncheon and Meeting — Broadmoor Room For Global Methane Initiative (formerly Methane to Markets) Subcommittee Representatives, Project Network Members, and others interested in this International Partnership.
