Great Lakes Legacy Act Funding Mechanism: Project Agreement

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, available as a free download, to view some of the files on this page. See EPA's PDF page to learn more about PDF, and for a link to the free Acrobat Reader.

Disclaimer:  Project Agreements are site specific, therefore, the content will vary depending on the financial, technical, and logistical obligations and responsibilities of the USEPA and the non-federal sponsor.

The non-federal sponsor of projects selected will enter into a Project Agreement (PA) with the USEPA - GLNPO.  A PA is a document that will detail the financial, technical, and logistical obligations and responsibilities of the USEPA and the non-federal sponsor. An individual, project specific PA will be developed for each project funded under the Legacy Act. The PA will discuss the financial coordination process to be used to jointly fund the selected project.
