Great Lakes Restoration Initiative
Accountability System
The Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) Accountability System is an internet-based system designed to track GLRI projects in order to assess the GLRI’s effectiveness. Entities receiving GLRI funds will be required to enter basic data about their projects such as location, funding, measures, and relationship to the GLRI Action Plan. Because information is being requested from more than 10 non-Federal agencies, the Paperwork Reduction Act requires that an Information Collection Request must be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for approval. The purpose of this video on "how to enter project data into the prototype accountability system" is to give future users an idea of what the GLRI Accountability System will look like.
