Poplar Springs Lake is an excellent example of thinking globally and acting locally. Though a local project, it will benefit the populace of the entire Gulf of Mexico by insuring the Poplar Springs Lake watershed has a positive impact on the entire Gulf ecosystem - one community for one Gulf.
