Request for Applications: Lake Priorities
Selection of Applications
Selections of Applications submitted to the U.S. EPA Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) for this announcement (Funding Opportunity Number: EPA-R5-GL2008-3) have been made. Earlier this year applicants submitted 12 applications totaling $1,146,908. Six projects totaling $682,463 were selected. Decisions were based on evaluation of the proposals against the selection factors in Section V of the Request for Applications. The applications which have been selected are:
Lake Huron
- GL2008-3-07 Lake Huron: Developing a Biodiversity Conservation Strategy
Lake Michigan
- GL2008-3-04 Making Lake Michigan Great: Education & Outreach on a Research Vessel
- GL2008-3-10 Lake Michigan Academy IV
- GL2008-3-11 Lake Michigan Forum Facilitation
Lake Superior
- GL2008-3-02 Facilitation of the Lake Superior Binational Forum
Total Phosphorus Loads
- GL2008-3-05 Great Lakes Total Phosphorus Models and Loads: A Fifteen Year Update
USEPA is now processing these application packages, which will be submitted to the Great Lakes National Program Manager for final decisions and awards.
