Under this Request for Proposals, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (USEPA's) Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) is requesting proposals addressing: Disappearing Diporeia in the Great Lakes. An estimated $200,000 is available for an estimated one to four projects which would be conducted over a period of up to three years. 

Deadline for Receipt of Application Packages:  March 22, 2007 - Submissions must be received by EPA or electronically through Grants.Gov by 4:30 pm CST. (See Section V for other important dates.)

Application Information: Applicants may submit applications by either of two methods: (i) paper submission (go to page 11 of Request for Proposals) OR (ii) submission through grants.gov .  Information about both methods is described in Section IV of the Request for Proposals.
