Individual EPA Laboratories' Energy Intensity in FY 2010 Compared to FY 2003 Baseline
This chart compares individual EPA facilities’ energy intensity in British thermal units per gross square foot (Btu/GSF) in FY 2010 to their respective energy intensity in FY 2003.
This chart does not net out green power purchases.
Notes
- Research Triangle Park (RTP) Child Care began reporting in FY 2006. As a result, FY 2003 data for this facility does not exist.
- Kansas City Science and Technology Center (STC) began operations in mid-FY 2003; its FY 2003 baseline uses FY 2004 data as a proxy.
- Edison-Butler/ORD began reporting in FY 2007. As a result, FY 2003 data for this facility does not exist.
- The Btu/GSF of Cincinnati Publications Warehouse is significantly lower than EPA’s other facilities’ Btu/GSF. This facility is not included because the data is not visible on the scale of this chart.
