The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requires federal agencies to integrate environmental values into their decision-making processes by considering the environmental impacts of their proposed actions and reasonable alternatives to those actions.

The Office of Administration (OA) manages EPA facilities, including construction and facility alteration projects. All of OA's NEPA documents that have been signed since January 1, 2011, including Categorical Exclusions and Environmental Assessments/Findings of No Significant Impact, will be posted on this page for public review and disclosure. A full explanation of EPA's NEPA compliance requirements can be found on the national EPA Compliance With NEPA website.
