| Community Profile The residents, businesses and municipal leadership of the Community of Durango, Colorado have a deep commitment to the environment and continue to explore options to minimize their impact. The “Just One Block” green power marketing campaign has enabled broad education of the benefits and ease of supporting renewable energy, and the reduction in the block price made voluntary purchase more accessible to all citizens, so much so that many residents and businesses purchased 100 percent green power. | |
