EPA hosts a national, year-long campaign to encourage communities coast-to-coast to use renewable energy and fight climate change. Over the span of a year, EPA GPCs track and report their collective green power use and green power percentage of total electricity use. GPCs are ranked according to these two categories on a quarterly schedule. The third round of updates to the 2013-2014 GPC Challenge rankings are below. The final rankings and Challenge winners will be announced in September 2014.

Interested in joining the GPC Challenge? It's not too late! For details and more information, visit the 2013-2014 Green Power Community Challenge homepage.
