(Reporter): Moab, Utah has gained national honors for being earth friendly. The town challenged residents to voluntarily buy pollution-free energy, and they obliged. In just a month they became the nation’s first EPA Green Power Community.
Scene (Reporter still talking): Brief shot of the Town of Moab, Utah. (Matt Clouse): Green power is clean electricity from renewable sources like wind, solar, geothermal, landfill gas, and low-impact hydro.
