| Partner Profile Bitter & Esters is New York State's only do-it-yourself beer brewing headquarters complete with classes, brew on premises, access to resources, as well as a supply store and creative hub for sharing brew tips and techniques. At Bitter & Esters, we rely on the clean water sources of upstate New York for our customers to produce world class home brewed beer. We are unable to support natural gas industry practices which can threaten this natural resource. Therfore during our inspection, we made a choice to run all our equipment using 100 percent electric power. After our first year in business, we were able to secure electricity from 100 percent local wind power and thereby fulfill our self instituted pledge to a stronger community and a greener world. | |
