| Partner Profile Since 2002, Bucknell has purchased renewable energy certificates (RECs) to offset a portion of annual electricity purchases with wind power. In 2008 this commitment increased to four million kilowatt-hours, representing 90-95 percent of all grid-purchased electricity annually. Bucknell generates 90 percent of all electricity used on campus from an on-site cogeneration plant. | |
