| Partner Profile As a founding EPA Green Power Partner and 2003 Partner of the Year, the City of Portland, Oregon recognizes the importance of investing in green power to keep the air and water clean and to preserve the quality of life for its residents. In 2003, the city met it's short term goal of ten percent new renewable power. Portland is currently generating green power on-site totaling more than 13 million kilowatt-hours annually. | |
