| Partner Profile Goodwill Industries International entered into a green electricity purchase agreement for its headquarter location in Rockville, Maryland, and is purchasing renewable energy certificates (RECs) sourced from wind renewable resources to cover all of the headquarter's energy use. The effort is part of an overall initiative for Goodwill Industries International and its independent member agencies to green their buildings and stores to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards. “By using 100-percent wind energy, Goodwill is demonstrating its commitment to its overall Going Green Initative,” said Steve Krotonsksy, Chief Operating Officer for Goodwill Industries International. | |
