Since 1980, they have provided project solutions for applications ranging from precision assembly to material handling to system integration, and everything in between. Isthmus’ long history in developing custom assembly equipment makes the solar market a natural fit for the company’s expertise. To demonstrate their commitment to the solar market, Isthmus installed solar panels on their own facility in Madison, WI, and made the decision to purchase a significant part of their own energy from green power sources. Ole Olson, one of Isthmus’ member -owners, says: “We want to feel better about what we do and set an example for the industry.
