| Partner Profile The Kentfield School District (KSD) installed 252 kW of solar photovoltaic (PV) electric generation at the District's two schools. These systems will provide enough power to eliminate the electricity costs at both schools, an estimated annual cost savings of $85,000. At each school, a PV monitoring system monitors solar input, power generation, ambient temperature and a variety of other performance characteristics. This data is accessible to students, teachers and administrators and is integrated into classroom learning experiences. | |
