| Partner Profile Rowan University is a public institution of higher education located in Glassboro, New Jersey. Rowan's nearly 10,000 students pursue degrees in 36 undergraduate majors, seven teacher certification programs, 26 master's degree programs and a doctorate in educational leadership. Rowan's green power commitment consists of purchasing more than two million kWh of wind power, which comprises a significant portion of the electricity consumed by the campus. In addition to its purchase of wind power, the University's President Donald J. Farish was the first College or University President in New Jersey to sign the American College and University Presidents Climate Commitment, further demonstrating Rowan's robust commitment to the environment. | |
