| Partner Profile The Spokane Public Facilities District is the owner and operator of Arts, Entertainment, Sports and Convention Venues that drive the economy in the Greater Spokane Area. Our four facilities operate on 100% renewable energy certificates, and we are currently using wind power purchases.
