Located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth and hailed as a monumental achievement in urban redevelopment, historic Sundance Square is a 35-block commercial, residential, entertainment and retail district where people work, live, shop and dine.
Sundance Square Management has made a 10-year commitment to sustainability by purchasing wind energy in the form of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to cover a portion of their energy use beginning in 2008 and extending through 2018.
“Sundance Square has been committed to urban renewal for decades,” said Johnny Campbell, President and CEO of Sundance Square. “By purchasing cleaner, renewable energy, we are creating an environmentally friendly entertainment, business and residential district. Sundance Square has become a model for being good stewards of environmental resources and companies look for sustainable practices when considering leasing space.”
