| Partner Profile Uinta Brewing Company, which received honorable mention in the 2002 Green Power Direct Purchase Awards, is committed not only to brewing great beer, but to environmental stewardship. In addition to its energy-efficient facility, its support of local community organizations, and its emphasis on recycling, the brewery purchases renewable energy certificates to cover its electricity needs. Uinta president and founder Will Hamill strongly supports the decision to invest in clean, renewable energy, despite the increase in the company's utility bill.
